About these terms

These terms cover your use of the Roof Experts website. Our paid services are covered by separate agreements.

The chat assistant

You can use the AQ website chat assistant to ask questions. Its replies are generated using Anthropic's AI service. If you choose, you can share your contact information and details about the work you need so we can follow up. The assistant cannot book a call.

Your chat messages and any details you provide are kept by us and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing. They are also sent to our LeadConnector / HighLevel customer relationship management system.

Outside content and links

Some images, files and code libraries on the website load from outside services. Some pages also display embedded content through Elfsight.

The website includes affiliate links.

Your honest reviews

Nothing in these terms threatens or penalizes you for posting an honest review. These terms do not authorize threats, intimidation, disclosure of embarrassing information, baseless lawsuits, lawsuits we do not intend to file, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations to stop you from writing a review or to make you remove one.
